Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Request

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers must provide order details and product photos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn costumes
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If available, customers may request an exchange for a different size or replacement product.
